Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel looked after from the moment you order. Because most Wish Favors items are personalized and made especially for you, returns are limited — but if something arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have made a mistake, please contact us and we will sort out a solution that works best for you.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.

After 2 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed because your order may already be in production, printed, packed, or prepared for dispatch. If you need to make a change, please contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help.

Quick tip: Please check names, wording, dates, colors, charm choices, quantities, and delivery details carefully before placing your order.

Personalized products

Personalized and custom-made products are created especially for each customer, so we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind, customer-supplied spelling mistakes, incorrect wording supplied at checkout, or design choices selected by the customer.

That said, we genuinely want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your personalized item, please contact us and we will review it fairly. If the issue is due to a fault, damage, an incorrect item, or an error on Wish Favors’ behalf, we will work with you to find the best solution, such as a correction, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or different from what you ordered because of a Wish Favors error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customer-supplied details

We are unable to refund or replace items where the issue was caused by information supplied by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect names, wrong dates, wrong quantities, wrong color selections, wrong charm selections, or incorrect shipping details.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us straight away. If production has not started yet, we will do our best to update the order.

Change of mind

Because personalized products are made specifically for each order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds on customized items.

For any non-personalized item, please contact us first. If a return is approved, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in suitable packaging.

Return shipping

If a return or replacement is needed because of a confirmed fault, damage, incorrect item, or Wish Favors error, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return or replacement shipping where required.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days after approval or after the returned item is received, depending on the situation and the payment provider’s processing time.

Color and design variations

Product photos and digital previews are shown as accurately as possible, but slight color differences can happen because of screen settings, lighting, printing, materials, or handmade assembly.

Small variations like this are normal and are not considered faults.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. If a product does not meet required consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
